Dubai – Mubasher: Amlak Finance reported net losses worth AED 41 million during the nine months ended 30 September 2019, down by 20% from AED 51 million in the same period last year.
Total revenues soared by 11% to AED 263 million during the same period of the year from AED 236 million a year earlier, according to a press release on Wednesday.
The company’s assets stood at AED 6 billion, while total liabilities remained stable at AED 5 billion over the January-September period in 2019.
During the first half of 2019, Amlak Finance’s net profit retreated to AED 4 million when compared to AED 11 million in the same period in 2018.
